Star Light, Star Bright

Last night I wanted to lie in the grass and look at the stars, but it was only 6:00p and they weren't out. Mom went to the store and when she got home, I was already asleep. I woke up at 6:00 this morning and told Mom, "We forgot to look at the stars!" She helped me put on my coat, we got a blanket and some pillows and cuddled out on the front lawn. We counted eleventeen stars and sang "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star," "I Am Like a Star Shining Brightly," and "The Stars at Night Are Big and Bright Deep in the Heart of Texas." It was cold outside, so we came in and had hot chocolate. YUM!
